Rachel provides executive support to our managing partner, James Coleman, between managing schedules, arranging travel, handling reports, and everything in the middle. Rachel's journey to MCP began in Durango, where she spent six months working for the San Juan National Forest. Her family fell in love with the Rockies and made them their home, joining MCP's purpose to Give People the Freedom to Ski. Today, Rachel ensures James can steer the company with ease.
