Ian provides guidance on People strategies and policies while bringing a passion for getting the right people on the team - and helping to keep them there. A double major in electrical engineering and biomedical engineering at Duke University, Ian started his career in engineering, both in the field and, eventually, the recruitment office. Today, with nearly a decade of human resources experience plus a certification in professional HR under his belt, Ian shows everyone, including the people he recruits, that the path to success isn’t always straight.
